Can you define your workplace culture with just two words? Be brutally honest here. Maybe your words would be boring and stressful. Or phony and gossipy.
We won’t dwell too long on that–what I really want you to do is get clear on the two words you want to define your workplace. In my previous businesses I sold healthy food, so my two words were nutrition and kindness. I wanted those values to be evident in everything we did at work, from my engagement with my staff, their interactions with each other and our customers, my relationships with suppliers and partners, to our involvement in the community in general.
